Medicare's $50 Obesity Drug Program Gains Traction at Drugstores

CVS and Walgreens each say they have filled about 100,000 prescriptions under Medicare’s new Bridge program, which offers some beneficiaries obesity drugs for $50 a month. The program began July 1. Drugstores describe early demand as strong.
