Nawaz Sharif's Party Leads the Kashmir Vote Despite a Boycott Call

Candidates backed by former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's PML-N have won 24 of the 34 seats decided in the first two phases of voting in Pakistan-administered Kashmir. A banned group's boycott call appears to have thinned turnout without changing the outcome.
