A Russian Anti-War Politician Says He Has Fled the Country

Boris Nadezhdin, the Russian politician who tried to run against Vladimir Putin on an anti-war platform and was recently designated a foreign agent, says he has left Russia. He announced the move in a video recorded in front of the Eiffel Tower, joining a widening exile of figures who challenged the Kremlin from inside the system.
