A U.S. Government Map of Africa Mislabeled Every Country at a Global Conference

A chart displayed during a State Department presentation at a global AIDS conference in Brazil misidentified every country on the continent, and the image circulated widely before officials responded. The department said it takes full responsibility for the error.
