Millions Under Blizzard Warnings as Historic Nor'easter Takes Aim at East Coast

Roughly 66 million people are under winter storm and blizzard warnings from Tennessee to Maine as a massive nor'easter takes aim at the East Coast. Cities including New York, Philadelphia, and Boston are bracing for 9 to 20 inches of snow in what could be the first blizzard to hit the region in nearly a decade. New York's governor has declared a state of emergency.
