California Supreme Court Orders Sheriff to Return Seized Ballots

The California Supreme Court ordered Riverside County Sheriff Chad Bianco to return more than 650,000 ballots seized during an election investigation. The court found that the seizure violated election law. Thursday’s ruling returns control of the ballots to election officials.
