Google Publishes AlphaGenome Atlas, a High-Resolution Map of Human DNA

Google released the AlphaGenome Atlas, a high-resolution map of the human genome generated with its AlphaGenome model. Researchers can query how variants affect gene regulation across cell types. The company says the atlas is available to academic users.
