A Homeland Security Agent Is Charged With Child Rape in Alabama

Kent Blacklidge, a federal agent whom officials say was directly involved with child exploitation cases, turned himself in last week on child rape charges. Investigators have not said how long the alleged conduct went undetected. He remains in custody pending further proceedings.
