Judge temporarily blocks deportation of man wounded by ICE in New York

A federal judge temporarily barred Oscar Belgal’s deportation and restricted transfers after an ICE officer wounded him during a New York arrest, The Daily Wire reports. The order does not require release. ICE says he drove toward officers; officials and his lawyers dispute aspects of the encounter, and a child in the car was unharmed.
