The Justice Department and a Maryland Synagogue Sue Over Montgomery County's Gun Restrictions
The Justice Department filed suit to block Montgomery County, Maryland, from enforcing its ban on firearms in public places, arguing the ordinance sweeps too broadly to survive Second Amendment scrutiny.
