Quebec food testing identifies another source of PFAS exposure

University of Montreal researchers tested grocery foods for 76 PFAS compounds and found higher average concentrations in fish, seafood and meat, according to their report on Phys.org. Consumption volumes also make grains relevant to estimated exposure. The analysis describes food contamination, rather than proving health outcomes in consumers.
