Springsteen and Baez perform at Power to the People festival

Bruce Springsteen, Joan Baez, Tom Morello and other artists performed Saturday at Maryland’s inaugural Power to the People festival, the Associated Press reports. Organizers said part of ticket proceeds would support VoteRiders and HeadCount, while performers voiced political views and encouraged midterm turnout.
