Texas Court Allows Medically Fragile Infant to Travel to California

The Texas Supreme Court has allowed a medically fragile infant born through surrogacy to be moved to Los Angeles for treatment, The Guardian reports. The child’s surrogate had sought to prevent the move after a dispute with the biological parents. The court said sustaining the child’s life was its paramount concern.
