A U.N. Report Shows HIV Infections and AIDS Deaths at 30-Year Lows

New HIV infections and AIDS-related deaths have fallen to their lowest levels in more than three decades, according to a UNAIDS report released for the 26th International AIDS Conference. Treatment access gains are driving most of the improvement.
