Youth pastor Trey Lara dies after collapsing at Portland Marathon

Youth pastor Treyton “Trey” Lara, 24, died after collapsing during Sunday’s Portland Marathon, FOX 12 Oregon and the Christian Post report. His wife says doctors told her he suffered cardiac arrest. He recently helped open a youth camp and worked with young ministry leaders; the reports do not establish what precipitated the cardiac arrest.
