Cloudflare plans quantum-resistant website certificates

Cloudflare plans to issue free quantum-resistant TLS certificates using a new certificate platform and a root acquired from GlobalSign, Ars Technica reports. The company says it is not issuing the certificates yet. Broad adoption will depend on browsers, operating systems and certificate infrastructure changing over several years.
